Channel Development Manager
Our continuous growth and expanding product offerings have spurred the need for a dynamic, self-motivated Channel Development Manager. As the Channel Development Manager you will identify growth opportunities , create and implement strategies to market our products and services, call on existing and potential customers to develop new distribution channels, capture competitive market data and trends, manage marketing collateral materials, etc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and capture new markets for strategic growth
  • Generate plan to secure accounts in targeted market segments
  • Maintain and develop collaborative relationships with distribution partners, OEM’s, engineering firms, processing plants, etc to market CONCOA’s product lines
  • Benchmark competitors, customers and market trends to formulate strategic plan
  • Manage marketing team to generate productive leads and appropriate collateral materials
  • Works closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Corporate Leadership to develop effective marketing plan
  • Participate in applicable trade shows, industry associations, publications, etc.
  • Assume other related duties and responsibilities

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business, preferably a MBA
  • Technical experience in environmental, petrochemical, natural gas, or power generation industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to effectively present ideas and information
  • Good computer skills and working knowledge of common database software programs

Embedded Hardware and Software Engineer
The Embedded Hardware and Software Engineer will design and develop embedded systems to control valve logic and enable serial and TCP/IP communications. Job requirements and preferences are as follow:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Expertise in design, analysis, and testing of microcontroller-operated digital and analog electronics
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an embedded systems product development role that includes digital and analog circuit design, serial and TCP/IP communication, and software development for embedded processors in a C/C++ programming environment
  • Basic experience in PCB design and assembly
  • Extensive knowledge of C/C++ embedded systems software development including writing, testing, debugging, maintaining, and documenting code

Preferred:

  • Experience in developing for gas and/or valve applications
  • Experience with UML or other standardized planning approaches to systems development
  • Basic knowledge of HTTP, SMS, SMTP, and other TCP/IP-enabled technologies
  • Experience with Microchip PIC microcontrollers and/or Lantronix XPort embedded processor modules
  • Linux experience is a plus

This challenging position poses the opportunity to develop embedded systems for quality products that continue to evolve. The Embedded Hardware and Software Engineer will work closely with the design engineering team and manufacturing operations.


CNC Machinist
We are seeking an experienced CNC machinist for our second shift operations (3:45pm – 12:15am). The selected candidate must have previous experience with the set-up and operations of a variety of CNC machines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Complying with all machine shop and safety guidelines
  • Set up of machining jobs with moderate supervision
  • Maintaining production standards
  • Troubleshooting your set-ups with minimal assistance
  • Meeting or exceeding production standards on a regular basis
  • Communicating effectively with your peers and supervisor
  • Performing quality checks to ensure parts are acceptable prior to the next operation

Requirements

  • High School diploma or technical school equivalent
  • Strong math skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must be able to read blueprints
  • Prior experience working in a machining production environment
