The 57V Cryogenic Header is designed to work with the 551 Series vacuum-jacketed hose and the 577 CryoWiz™ cryogenic switchover system to provide a complete cryogenic solution for continuous liquid nitrogen supply. CONCOA offers single-sided or double-sided manifolds with two to five stations to meet changing application needs. The 57V Cryogenic header is also available in standard 18-inch (458 mm) on center station spacing or compact 10-inch (254 mm) on center station spacing to optimize floor space.

  • Vacuum-insulated, rigid 304 stainless steel pipe prevents radiant and convective heat transfer
  • 1x10⁻⁶ mm Hg annular vacuum ensures leak integrity
  • SV-9 vacuum pump-out port allows continued serviceability
  • Multi-layer insulation prevents radiant and convective heat transfer
  • Spectometric helium leak check verifies leak integrity and performance
  • Active getters maximize performance and service life
  • Max working pressure: 150 PSIG (10 BAR)
  • Heat leak: 0.32 BTU per hour per foot (1.1 J per hour per mm)
  • Outer pipe: 2 in (51 mm) 304 stainless steel
  • Inner tubing: 1/2 in (13 mm); .035 wall; 304 stainless steel
  • Connections: 316L stainless steel barstock
  • Helium leak integrity: 1 x 10⁻⁹ scc/sec
