The1100 Series industrial regulator provides primary control of high pressure gas sources requiring outlet pressures up to 1000 PSIG (70 BAR). The heavy-duty internals ensure steady and reliable pressure control even at high delivery pressures. CONCOA recommends the 1400 Series regulator for primary control of high-pressure gas sources for industrial gas applications requiring ultra-high delivery pressures.

  • 36 in copper tubing supports installation flexibility
  • Tee-screw style handle allows very fine pressure adjustment
  • Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR)
  • Body: Forged brass
  • Bonnet: Brass barstock
  • Gauges: 2 in (50 mm) diameter brass; 0-4000 PSIG (0-28,000kPa) inlet and 0-4000 PSIG (0-28,000kPa) outlet
  • Outlet connection: 36 in flexible copper tubing with 1/8 in MNPT
  • Max delivery pressure: 1000 PSIG (70 BAR)
  • Seat: PTFE
  • Cv: 0.1
  • Filter: 25-micron glass wool with sintered Monel® screen
  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
