The 403 Series pipeline regulator provides secondary pressure control for ultra-high purity inert gases or point-of-use pressure control in high purity gas distribution systems. Unlike most pipeline equipment, the CONCOA 403 Series regulator is rated to full cylinder pressure to ensure safe use in the event of primary pressure control failure.

  • Pipe away relief valve vents exhaust gases safely
  • Cleanroom assembly eliminates contamination at installation
  • Captured vent capable bonnet prohibits exposure in the unlikely event of diaphragm failure
  • Spectometric helium leak check verifies leak integrity
  • Max inlet pressure (bare body): 3000 PSIG (210 BAR)
  • Body: Chrome-plated brass barstock
  • Bonnet: Chrome-plated brass barstock
  • Gauge: 2 in (50 mm) diameter plated case
  • Seat: PTFE
  • Filter: 10-micron sintered bronze
  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
  • Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel
  • Cv: 0.1 Max outlet 50 PSIG (3.5 BAR) or below; 0.2 Max outlet above 50 PSIG (3.5 BAR)
  • Helium leak integrity: 1 x 10⁻⁹ scc/sec
  • Internal seals: PTFE
  • Ports (bare body): 1/4 in FNPT
  • Conformances: Cleanliness meets or exceeds CGA G-4.1; ANSI/ASME B40.1; PED 2014/68/EU; CRN OH5216
