The 405 Series regulator provides secondary pressure control for ultra-high purity inert gases or point-of-use pressure control in high purity gas distribution systems. For applications where gas is piped up to instruments, the 405 Series regulator allows the user to tightly monitor and adjust delivery pressure as needed.

  • Pressure ranges from 0-15 PSIG to 0-500 PSIG accommodates a broad range of applications
  • Front and rear panel mountable permits easy installation
  • Pipe away relief valve vents exhaust gases safely
  • Cleanroom assembly eliminates contamination at installation
  • Captured vent capable bonnet prevents exposure in the unlikely event of diaphragm failure
  • Spectometric helium leak check verifies leak integrity
  • Max inlet pressure (bare body): 3000 PSIG (210 BAR)
  • Body: Brass barstock

  • Gauge: 2 in (50 mm) diameter brass
  • Seat: PTFE
  • Filter: 10-micron sintered bronze
  • Temperature range: -40° to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
  • Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel
  • Cv: 0.1 Max outlet 50 PSIG (3.5 BAR) or below; 0.2 Max outlet above 50 PSIG (3.5 BAR)
  • Helium leak integrity: 1 x 10⁻⁹ scc/sec
  • Internal seals: PTFE
  • Ports (bare body): 1/4 in FNPT
  • Conformances: Cleanliness meets or exceeds CGA G-4.1; ANSI/ASME B40.1; PED 2014/68/EU; CRN OH5216
