Designed to tap nitrogen from a 623 gas delivery system for laser assist gases, the 5239 beam purge regulator conveniently supplies gas to purge the laser beam of a carbon dioxide industrial laser, while ensuring the purity of the gas. The CONCOA 5239 Series beam purge regulator, with an integral diaphragm valve, may be connected directly to the low pressure port of a 623 system, or downstream of any high flow nitrogen source.
- 316L stainless steel diaphragm protects against inboard diffusion
- Spectometric helium leak check verifies leak integrity
- Stainless steel tube outlet connection ensures leak-tight connections
- 10-micron stainless steel internal filter limits the possibility of gas contamination
