The 6200 Series ultra-high flow, high pressure, dome-loaded regulator is intended to provide adjustable control of industrial gases delivered from cryogenic sources or in applications requiring outlet pressures up to 2000 PSIG (140 BAR). The dome-loaded, balanced stem seat design enables flow rates up to 10,000 SCFH while also providing constant delivery flow and pressure, regardless of supply source and inlet pressure fluctuations. Unlike traditional spring-loaded regulators, the dome-loaded regulator uses gas pressure as the counterforce to reduce inlet pressure. A second regulator, a pilot regulator, can be used to adjust the pressure applied to the dome. The 6200 Series dome-loaded regulator is available with or without a CONCOA industrial pilot regulator.
