Floor stand and process station for manifold extensions and switchovers

CONCOA switchover floor stand designed to mount the 526 or 527 Series switchover or manifold extension in locations where a permanent structure is unavailable, or wall mounting is inconvenient. Stands are pre-drilled for floor mounting, supplied with heavy-duty polypropylene support straps, include openings to retrofit secondary support chains for an improved level of safety, and are available in two to six-cylinder configurations. CONCOA switchover and manifold floor stands are designed and built for the safe storage of industrial and commercial use gas cylinders.

  • Powder-coated painted steel construction ensures chemical resistance and long service life
  • Steel reinforced bumper guard edging provides extra grip and protects cylinders from damage
  • Steel frame and strap design secures cylinders from 4 in (102 mm) to 12 in (305 mm) in diameter
  • Stand material: Powder-coated steel
  • Cylinder bracket material: 11-gauge, hot rolled steel
  • Strap material: 1.5 in x 54 in polypropylene with plated spring buckle
