The 500 Series needle valve consists of a long, finely threaded stem with a highly engineered stem tip (needle-shaped) that fits precisely into a seat over the inlet to permit precise flow adjustment of high purity or corrosive gases. The ground and polished stem and PTFE packing make them suitable for controlling the flow of liquids or gases from vacuum to 3000 PSIG (210 BAR). The CONCOA 500 Series needle valve is suitable for a variety of applications in chemical process and petroleum industries as well as laboratories and hospitals.
