The 533 Series High Flow Diaphragm Valve provides primary or pipeline control in high purity or corrosive gas services. This spring-type diaphragm valve provides positive shut-off, extended service life, and smooth operation in high flow and specialty gas systems with pressure ranges from vacuum to 3500 PSIG (240 BAR).

Metal-to-metal diaphragm seal prevents gas contamination
Soft seat material provides positive shut-off and eliminates any leakage
