The 551 Series Ultra-Flexible Vacuum-Jacketed transfer hose is engineered for optimal performance and ease of handling in cryogenic laboratory applications. Featuring a 3/8-inch unbraided inner core for smooth cryogen flow and a 1.4-inch O.D. braided outer jacket for enhanced flexibility and durability, this hose is ideal for connecting the CryoWiz™ cryogenic switchover system to application distribution points. Its compact, lightweight design allows for tight bends and simplified routing, making it the perfect transfer line for point-of-use connections requiring both reliability and maneuverability.

 

 

 

  • Bayonets, pipe threads, compression and custom end fittings provide flexibility and compatibility across a wide range of systems and applications
  • Lengths from 3 ft to 30 ft provide the flexibility to accommodate a wide variety of laboratory installation requirements
  • Combination of vacuum-jacket and insulation reduce evaporation to eliminate frost and condensation during transfers
  • Vacuum pump-out port ensures continued serviceability
  • Swivel end connectors maintain leak-tight seals
  • Max working pressure: 160 PSIG (11 BAR)
  • Inner core: 3/8 in unbraided 316L stainless steel
  • Outer jacket: 1.4 in OD, braided stainless steel
  • Connections: CGA 295 female flare (both ends)
  • Helium leak integrity: 1x10⁻⁹ scc/sec
  • Minimum static bend radius: 5 in
  • Pump out port: SV-9
