The 628 Series Maniflex HF Modular Gas Distribution System is a flexible, modular system designed for centralized gas distribution, regardless of facility constraints. The modules contained in the header are available in standard, compact, or double-row versions, allowing many combinations which will adapt to any physical environment. They may be connected to CONCOA regulators, dual regulator switchovers, and switchovers. The CONCOA 628 Series ManiFlex allows the user to size the inlet capacity of a system so that the need for cylinder changes will be infrequent.

  • Silver-brazed modules ensure contamination-free installation
  • Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR)
  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
  • Inlet connections: 1/4 in FNPT
  • Outlet connections: 1/2 in FNPT
  • Header: Brass
  • Starter block: Brass barstock
  • Diaphragms: Stainless steel and copper
  • Hose casing: Stainless steel braid or armor-cased stainless steel
  • Hose fittings: Brass
