Manifold heaters ensure gaseous withdrawal from liquid sources by counteracting the cooling effects of high flow rates. Installed between the gas cylinder valve and a suitable regulator, they warm the gas stream allowing flow rates up to 1000 SCFH (17 SCFM) without loss of efficiency or regulator freeze-up. Designed with continuous high pressure tubing and no internal joints, they have working pressures up to 4500 PSIG (310 BAR). The heavily insulated cabinet remains cool, and the unit can be left on even under no-flow conditions. For system flexibility, CONCOA offers manifold heaters with a standard enclosure, as well as encased in a weather-tight, or explosion-proof enclosure.
