The Master Valve is designed for heavy-duty use on cylinder filling panels, tube trailers, and other high pressure manifolds and piping systems. The high flow master valve is suitable for use with a variety of non-corrosive industrial gases. The CONCOA master valve exhibits a very low operating torque under pressure for ease of manual operation.

  • Large, powder-coated zinc handwheel facilitates easy low torque operation under pressure
  • Non-rising stem and seal design ensures durable service
  • Vacuum-tested permits the highest purity filling operations
  • Max working pressure: 5600 PSIG (386 BAR)
  • Temperature range: -40°F to 165°F (-40°C to 74°C)
  • Stem seal: FKM
  • Seat: PCTFE
  • Cv: 2.6
  • Conformances: Cleaned for oxygen service; CRN OC7770.5
