529 Series Protocol Alarm Station

The 529 Series Protocol Alarm Station provides remote annunciation when the source nears depletion. Equipped with a pressure switch gauge that can be set in the field to the desired alarm point and an Altos 2™ System Monitor, the system notifies a remote location of the need to replace a cylinder. The protocol alarm station is available in brass, chrome-plated brass, 316L stainless steel, or Silicon CVD coated 316L stainless steel, and may be used with many CONCOA single or dual stage regulators. To order the CONCOA Protocol Alarm Station with regulator installed at the factory, add the letter "B" after any regulator part number. (For example, to order the 4221332-01-510 regulator with a factory-installed protocol alarm station, the part number would be 4221332-01-510B.)

  • Field-adjustable pressure switch gauge provides cylinder depletion warning signal
  • Altos 2 remote alarm provides audible and visible warnings of cylinder depletion
  • Integral check valve (in optional hose) at inlet eliminates internal contamination during cylinder change
  • Stainless steel bracket allows flexible mounting options
  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
  • Intrinsic safety barrier: Required for flammable gas service or for use in hazardous environments

  • Flexible hose inner cores: 316L stainless steel; Monel® for oxygen service; PTFE for 6000 PSIG (415 BAR); or SilcoNert 2000
