534 Series High Purity Adjustable Relief Valve
The 534 Series Adjustable Relief Valve is designed for use with high purity gas systems as protection for low pressure components of systems sensitive to overpressurization. The adjustable relief valve consists of three parts: a seat, a spring-loaded mechanism, and a nozzle. The pressure on the spring-loaded mechanism serves to trigger the seat and block the orifice. Increasing the pressure on the spring directly increases the set pressure limit, which is the point at which the valve starts to open and vice versa for decreasing the pressure on the spring. Once the set pressure is reached, the pressure overcomes the spring pressure and pushes the seat back, opening the orifice and releasing the excess pressure. Most commonly, these controls are found as relief valves for regulators, line systems, and distribution systems. The CONCOA 534 Series high purity adjustable relief valve, with a variety of adjustable ranges, affords a wide selection of applications in several different industries.
- Variety of adjustable pressure ranges permits a diverse range of applications
- Choice of seal materials facilitates a wide variety of applications
- Factory-set relief pressure adjusts easily for safe system operation
