Six-port, stainless steel barstock, dual stage cylinder regulator for ultra-high purity gas applications

The 432 Series regulator provides primary pressure control for ultra-high purity gases, including corrosive and toxic gases. Two stages of pressure regulation minimize pressure variation arising from inlet pressure changes such as the depletion of the supply cylinder. Available with a variety of options installed at the factory, the 432 Series regulator may be configured as a single station manifold with or without purge, low-pressure alarm, or multiple inlets.
